EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DISHONEST SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ⚠️I came in last Friday around 2 PM for a simple flat tire repair and was assisted by a representative named Louis. He immediately used high-pressure sales tactics, claiming my tires were worn out and urgently needed replacement. When I told him I needed time to consider it, his attitude completely flipped, and he looked visibly upset.After he finished fixing the tire and pumping it up, I drove away but instantly felt the car riding incredibly stiff and bumpy. Feeling suspicious, I immediately went to another nearby reputable auto shop for a safety check.What the mechanics found was shocking and disgusting: Louis had intentionally overinflated my tire to a dangerous 50 PSI, when my car’s recommended tire pressure is only 35 PSI!The professional mechanics at the second shop confirmed that driving at 50 PSI under hot weather could easily cause a catastrophic blowout on the freeway! Louis deliberately put my life in danger just to force me into buying his tires. This is not just a scam; it is a malicious and reckless endangerment of customer safety!How many innocent customers have you scammed and put in danger with these despicable, dirty tactics? I am absolutely disgusted. We will NEVER step foot into this trash shop ever again. SHAME ON YOU, LOUIS, AND SHAME ON THIS STORE! 100% NOT RECOMMENDED.
