Avoid this place at all costs! I had to bring my car to this place when my kids and I broke down on the 10 freeway. 2 weeks and $3400 later, I get my car back to find out they didn’t put my car back together correctly. Engine harness loose and not clipped into place, missing the bottom screw on the intake manifold, hose clamp not put in place and I’m sure we will find more. Try to go somewhere else, I had to as I was broke down and they took advantage of me.

This was my first visit to Purrfect Auto. Came because this place because my dad recommended them and they had a better deal on a full synthetic oil change than my dealership or jiffy lube. Hameed was very kind, responsive and informative. He also noticed that my brake fluid was as black as night. He gave me a deal that was a no brainer to do all 3 (oil, rotation, brake fluid) so I said let's do it. We took care of the oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush in about 50 minutes. The entire time he updated me on the process. I'll definitely be coming back to this place for my auto repair needs. Car model: 2018 Honda Clarity PHEV

UPDATE 05/11/2026: saw there was an accident here I always thought it was funny that there a “S500 AMG” parked in front of the shop. It has the rear diffuser of a S63 AMG but the front is a standard S500. Anyway. Friend got his car repaired here. Only to find out from the seller that a part was installed improperly and it seems to be done by an amateur. Probably would go to Pep Boys for better service.

Avoid this place at all costs. I came in for a simple smog check and was told they were busy—it’d be a while, so I left my keys and asked them to call when it was ready. Two hours later, I get a call saying a mechanic took my car to get gas, and during that errand, the keys were stolen by a homeless person. My car was being towed back to the shop, and I needed to bring my spare key. Problem is, I didn’t have a spare. I had to pay to get a new set made. After all of that hassle and expense, they tell me my car failed the smog check—and they couldn’t fix it. Complete nightmare. Rude staff!
