I recently had service performed on my 2019 VW Passat, which I had a Low Beam Head-light issue. Once again European Motor Werks can to the rescue to resolve and repair my car problem. These guys are Top Shelf all the way. True professionals here. They took my car, ran Diagnostics, Isolated problem and repaired problem same day. High Customer Service here my friends. View on GoogleI’ve lived in many many cities east to west I’ve had over 20 cars in my life 100 shops I’ve visited never have I met a shop owner that is as honest as this man right here . When we first met I brought him a car that another shop owner said needed a major repair He told me leave it he’ll double check what I was told . Long story short instead of him agreeing to what the guy from the other shop said and charging me for that big job , he said it wasn’t needed just a minor situation he fixed it I paid him and I’ve never left . This man has honor integrity and serves the people of his community with grace . He understands that a dollar stolen is not a dollar earned & it’s dirty money , he earns every dollar that he makes , the clean way . He’ll never overcharge you , in fact , He’ll find ways to save you money. You want honesty you want the truth and you want a safe place to continue to bring your vehicles and receive that same justice. I suggest you stop here before you go anywhere else. I’m blessed to have him & so is the entire community that he serves .
View on GoogleTook my 2013 Ford F-150 5.0 here the other week to get my smog test. Couldn’t have gone any smoother. There were two guys working. There was a guy with a headband flashlight that serviced the vehicle didn’t speak too much English. He was still very helpful. The other guy I spoke with was also very accommodating. If I remember correctly I think his name was Ruben. Based off the business name. I initially assumed that they only specialize specifically on Foreign vehicles. However they didn’t seem to have any trouble with my Ford. Even confirmed that they wouldn’t have any issues working on it if they needed to in the future. It’s reassuring to know I have a place I can go to that have people I can trust. I wanted to take the time to appreciate this business. They deserve the positive feedback.
