If your Toyota needs service, don't waste time at other dealerships or Service Advisors. Titan Hsieh is Professional, Experienced, and take times to explain what is needed or unnecessary comes to service my Woodland. I have gone to 2 other dealerships and they cannot resolve the issues on my new Sienna. However, Titan & his team were able to pinpoint the problem and get it fix under the manufacturer warranty. Titan knows what he is doing and don't waste time to jump on solution. As Toyota qualities has gone down so much, made in US workmanship are inconsistent. Your will never imagine paid $60k for a new Toyota and getting poopy quality. If you still drive a Toyota, come see Titan!

Toyota of West Covina Service Center is the best center near West Covina and Los Angeles. I came in for an engine code that had appeared, and the team quickly diagnosed the issue and got my car fixed! A special shoutout to Steven in the service department, he really took ownership of the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explained what the issue was, and walked me through my repair options. I’ll be honest, I’m not a very technical person and I usually hate going to mechanics because I worry about being taken advantage of. But Steven came across as extremely trustworthy and never pushy at all. That alone made a huge difference in my experience. If I could request a designated service advisor for future visits, I would definitely ask for Steven! Highly recommend this service center.
