View on GooglePleasant staff. Went for 1 year service on new Taco. Scheduling was easy, they inquired into issues I had and sent me appointment reminder texts. Chose to stay and work in lounge. Wifi was good. The team addressed all the scheduled and my extra service items and explained the status of an outstanding recall. Costs were covered by Toyota Care. I have been buying new Toyota 4x4’s for 30+ years. The dealership should consider a free wash on these annual services like they do at Toyota San Diego.
View on GoogleI recently visited Toyota Santa Monica for service on my Toyota Mirai, and I had a great experience working with Brett Taricani. This is my first Toyota, and although the car is not brand new, I’ve always heard about Toyota’s reputation for quality and reliability. Before this, I drove Kia vehicles for about 13 years, so I had certain expectations—and I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service here. Brett took the time to walk me through the history of the vehicle and recommended the most appropriate maintenance based on its service record. He clearly explained the scope of work, the cost, and the expected time. Everything was completed exactly as promised—on time and at the price quoted, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, which is not always the case when dealing with car service. Another great bonus is the location. While my car was being serviced, I was able to take a walk to the Santa Monica Pier, explore nearby shops, enjoy lunch on the Third Street Promenade, and finish it off with a really good coffee back at the Toyota customer lounge. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend Brett and this service center.
View on GoogleCourteous and prompt service. This dealership gets it right. While the prices can be higher, there are often sales that make things affordable. Representatives are quick to assist, and there is a pleasant waiting room with amenities like coffee, restroom etc. They will call you an Uber for free to go home if you are within 5 miles of location. As always, question any recommendations.

A fuse in my Corolla broke due to something that I did but Joanne was as incredible the entire way through, following up with calls and looking to provide a resolution.
