I had a 10 out of 10 experience at American Tire. I called ahead, they took my car right in, and called me as soon as it was ready. The entire process was seamless and efficient. They patched my tire for free, which I truly appreciated. Even though I only came in for that, I love that they offer inspections, oil changes, and so many other services on site. It really feels like a one stop shop. Erik at the front desk was fantastic. Despite being busy, he answered all of my questions and made sure I felt taken care of. I will absolutely be bringing my car here for everything going forward. Professional, honest, and easy.
