Excellent service! Tim was very respectful and honest as well as very professional. Came in for an oil change and forgot my fog lights needed replacing but they went ahead and got it done! Tim also informed me transmission mounts were worn and did not try to aggressively sell me on it but instead provided pictures and the actual parts removed plus pricing was very reasonable. Very happy that I found this place during my time on the West side! Bimmerito is happy!

I brought my BMW X7 in for a transmission and engine oil change along with a full vehicle inspection. Not only did AE German Car Service complete the maintenance with great attention to detail, but they also saved me from what could have been a major disaster. During the inspection, they discovered that I had forgotten to reattach the brake line to the shock absorber when I did the brakes myself — it had been rubbing and could have caused serious damage or worse. Thankfully, they caught it in time, resecured it, and prevented a potentially dangerous issue. Their honesty, technical expertise, and thoroughness truly impressed me. It’s rare to find a shop that treats both the car and the customer with such genuine care. I won’t take my BMW anywhere else. Highly recommended!
