Just went to go purchase my vehicle first new vehicle and the experience with Jerry Gomez was great, they were a little busy with other clients but once I had the opportunity to work with Jerry GOMEZ and his team, I was well taken care of and was well worth the weight. A specific shout out to Jeff, he goes above and beyond to give the best customer service experience, and he remembers everything! View on GoogleExplicitly talked to advisor about purchasing filters from the service department instead of having them installed and being charged labor. They were installed and I was charged a $85 dollars for a 90 second job. Advisor had a wild excuse for what he interpreted from our conversation. Check engine light was on because of a bulletin update for a program update. Advisor could not tell me when the bulletin update was announced/initiated. I basically wanted to know why this wasn't some sort of recall or if it was announced while the vehicle was under warranty. Again, GMC generated service code-$290 for them to hit the update button (reprogram). Lastly, dropped vehicle off was told by the advisor that he would give me a call and let me know when I could expect the vehicle. No call. I called twice- no response. I received a call at 4:40, twenty minutes before closing-telling me I had 20 minutes to pick up vehicle before closing (West LA traffic hour!). There has to a better way to keep customers update in 2024. Again, this was a wild conversation to have with the advisor, who said he would've waited for me past closing instead of giving a courtesy call in hour or two before they close. I absolutely love my truck. I will never buy a GMC again because of this service center. I've been here 3-4 times, nothing has changed. It's mind boggling, other reviews have to be fake. I almost want to apply for job just to help them understand what customer service looks like–matter fact please offer me a job, I will take a pay cut to receive better customer service when I have my truck serviced.
