Took my van if for an electrical battery draw issue. Art, my service manager, was the best. Very professional, patient, efficiently communicated on the vehichel progress status. They were more interested in solving the issue and me, than over charging me. Fair and accountable.
View on GoogleWe scheduled an appointment for pickup and delivery, to get an oil change done. It's the first time we have tried that. Even though our appointment was at 8am, they called to let us know they were running late. I gave the driver the key and later that day they called and said they would be arriving with our vehicle in a few minutes. About 5 minutes later the driver called and said she was here. I went and grabbed the keys and paperwork. It was the easiest thing I did that day! They even sent a message about all other diagnostics were good. I would totally do this again. So easy, friendly and the communication was great.

The service manager Art was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining to me the various issues with my vehicle and assisting in the prioritization of those repairs. Not withstanding the workload that they had given that I came to see them just two days before Christmas, they did excellent work on my vehicle at a good price in a very short timeframe. The entire staff was very polite as well.
