I recently had my Maserati towed directly to Otto’s following an unexpected engine breakdown, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. The team handled the situation with remarkable efficiency and expertise, diagnosing and repairing the issue promptly. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of customer care combined with their deep technical knowledge. It is rare to find a workshop that delivers both precision and professionalism at such a high standard. If you own a high-performance or luxury vehicle, I highly recommend Otto’s. Their team clearly understands the intricacies of supercars and provides service you can trust.

As exotic cars age and get a few miles on them, they eventually become affordable to the average man. Cars that when new, were reserved for only the wealthy 1% are within reach to a normal guy, once it reaches about the 10 year mark. You can buy a Rolls Royce for about 1/3 of what they cost new after they reach the 10 - 15 years old. That's how I ended up with my new (to me) Rolls Royce Ghost. The thing to worry about when owning these cars, is not just the purchase price, but the cost of maintenance. That's why if you're going to buy a Rolls, Aston, Bentley or even a Ferrari, you need to have 'a guy for that'. Danny is your guy for that. Today he cleared some codes and did an oil service. I was in and out in no time and the price was fair. There were 1/2 dozen Bentleys and another RR there so I felt comfortable. I'm from Orange County and the dealer I buy cars from (located in OC) only trusts Danny with these types of cars. The 'new guy" there has been there for a decade so everyone knows their stuff. Keep Danny and Otto's on a short list of people to call if you find yourself in need of such services.

I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I bought a Vintage, Rolls Royce in Redondo Beach, California and had it towed over to Danny at Otto’s. Turns out that this is the best decision I have ever made. I knew very little about the car and the car was not running. Danny sent me a video of the engine running very smooth after he worked on it. He has been very very patient with me and my finances and I really appreciate it. Great guy. I am so excited to have the car shipped back to me and drive it. He is very conscientious about his work and has incredible work ethics. I really appreciate you, Daniel.

If there was the ability to give a business 6 stars... but you could only do it once... I would use that 6th star here. This place is everything you want in a shop - expertise, good communication and honesty. If you have a high end European car there is always a tiny bit of trepidation when going outside of the dealer's garage—you wonder if the technician is *really* knowledgable and up to the task. Well, pulling into a lot filled with Lamborghini, Ferrari and Double R's should set your mind at ease. Poke around a bit and you might notice the picture of Otto next to Ferry Porsche behind the counter. Beyond being a solid shop, each time I have been here there were quick hits on my list of fixes where I was only charged parts... or not at all. HONEST guys. If you're on the West side or even in Pasedina... you won't regret bringing your baby here. Those who know...know.
