Nino is an absolute gem. Found a used Volvo for sale near his shop and called him to see if he could do a pre-purchase inspection on it before buying. He spent over an hour examining the car and gave me an honest, detailed assessment. Based on it, we purchased the car and Nino now has a customer for life. His kindness, depth of knowledge and willingness to "go the extra mile" are truly one of a kind.

I live in Hollywood and have a more local mechanic who is good and reasonable in price but I wanted to check out Nino's as I wanted a part replaced and someone who knew Volvo's to check it out. This place is so good on knowledge, quality and price. Despite the drive this is the only place I'm taking my car from now on. Great people, great work and great price. Cafe over the road. If you have a Volvo, look no further.
View on GoogleNino was my go to person many years ago when he worked in Santa Monica. When he left oh, I was very sad. We looked for him for a long time and by accident we found his new shop. I really haven't kept up the Volvo since he stopped working on it. But now my daughter is driving it I wanted it to be perfect and I needed someone I could trust. I am very, very, very happy with his service. I just wish his shop was in a bigger place and he needs a bigger sign so we can find it but he is absolutely the best mechanic in the world. He is very patient and takes his time to explain things to you. He absolutely does not look down on women. He is very, very kind. Because we haven't taken care of the Volvo for a long time, it had a lot of work that had to be done. But my daughter was over-the-top happy when she got the car back. It's 15 years old and it runs as good as the first day. If I could give 1000 Stars I would.
