I recently visited the dealership for a software update on my vehicle. The service advisor who assisted me was Alex Flores. Alex took the time to explain everything in detail, including the current condition of my vehicle, upcoming maintenance recommendations, and the software update that was being performed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The software update was completed successfully, and I was very satisfied with the quality of service I received. Fast service but they did the very minimum. I had a brake light out and they didn't diagnose it. Also their shuttle service only goes 5 miles in one trip, not very great to get to work or home. Had to book another uber with my own money to get to work. They also said I needed to replace my air filters after detecting an HVAC odor, even though I just recently replaced my own filters. I marked my tires to ensure they did the rotation and they did good there. Overall not horrible but didn't feel like they wanted to make sure my car was good.

This review is for Alex and Fernando who assisted me with my Elantra. I brought my car in due to an unexpected Christmas tree dash when I started it in the morning. Alex received my car when I arrived and did a great job overseeing the service. Very courteous and professional throughout. He also respectfully answered all my questions. Credit also to Fernando who inspected my vehicle and resolved the issue. Had to bring my car back right after leaving due to a new, unexpected noise. But it was a very simple thing and Fernando took the time to fix it when they were getting ready to close. Again, professional and courteous. Been here a few times in the past and the experiences weren't good. But these two guys provided great service. Thanks guys!

Got a regular maintenance oil, change and tire rotation. Did not have an appointment, but was able to leave my car and pick it up a few hours later. They texted and called me to recommend air filter replacements, and let me know when my car was ready. They even ordered me an uber to pick me up. Very happy with the service and helpful employees there.

I made an appointment at Hyundai Santa Monica for my routine oil change, air filter replacements, tire rotation and multi-point inspection at 15,000 miles for my 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited hybrid. RiShay Fant was my service advisor — very friendly, informative, efficient and knowledgeable. I had other questions about my vehicle that she answered with ease. My vehicle was ready in 2 hours. I didn’t stay and wait for my car, I dropped it off. But their waiting room is very nice and clean, with a great illy coffee machine, a water refill station, seats and also a counter area to work on a laptop. Overall great service experience! Highly recommend!
