They were really good at communicating with me throughout the entire process. They constantly sent texts and called to make sure I was okay with the repairs being done. Plus the valet service was super convenient, so I didn’t have to sit in traffic dropping off and picking my car up. The valet driver was also very professional and kind. Would def recommend Genesis Santa Monica for service repairs!
View on GoogleExceptional service every time. Both Jose and Victor who I've worked with in the past have always been so professional and kind. I have a 2024 G70 that I absolutely love, and needed to utilize the valet service for routine maintenance. I was able to schedule the pickup/drop-off so easily, and the drivers Tyrone and Shelly were amazing! They communicated with me throughout the process and even offered to wash my car afterward. Thank you, Genesis Santa Monica for the amazing service and I look forward to my next visit!

View on GoogleBought my car here and paid for the maintenance package with them. Went in for my second service and after waiting 30 mins to even be acknowledged, I wasn't even in their system and the guy tried charging me. He was very unhelpful and after checking with the finance team, they finally found me. Then I was told it was going to be 3 hours to have the oil change and tire rotation done. The guy called me an Uber to my house and then had my car dropped off at my house hours later. Very frustrating experience and far different from the first time, where I was out in an hour and forty five minutes total. Needless to say I won't be going back there since my service can be done at any Genesis dealer.
View on GoogleWasn't the service experience that I was promised when purchasing the vehicle, dissapointed with that. Was expecting a loner to get dropped off, gentleman showed up from an Uber, was confused as he acted like he worked for Genesis and told me no they don't do that, have to call dealership to arrange and recommend that for future, then found out was 3rd party service through hopdrive. The gentlemen that picked up vehicle and dropped off were fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Vehicle came back dirtier than arrived and had to clean. The link that I was sent showed was in inspection stage, got call from the guy that wanted to pick it up and asked if would be OK to grab earlier and said not a problem if it's ready to go. Received call from Victor shortly after, assuming it was a technical error with link provided. Overall satisfied but could have been a better experience
