Recently I started having a lot of issues with my 2014 Audi A5. It’s obviously getting older, but with under 90K miles, I was worried about having to make any major repairs when it should still be in pretty solid shape. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics over the years in West LA, and I’m really glad I found Edwin and his team. They’ve been transparent throughout the process, clearly explained the issues, and I’ve always felt they were honest about both the work needed and the cost. They were able to diagnose and repair my car quickly. Unfortunately, was still having issues, but they gladly took it back the same week and told me they’d keep working on it until everything was resolved at no extra charge. They’re super accommodating, understanding, and genuinely do their best to give you a fair deal. I’ll absolutely be going back and recommending them to friends.

The only mechanic you will ever need! I stopped by a month ago as I had a headlight out. Junior immediately got to work replacing it and was done in 5 minutes. Usually Mercedes requires you to take off the front end but he had special tools to make it faster. I came back for my squeaky brakes. He explained exactly what was happening and what I needed to fix right away and what I could wait on. He gave me a fair price and even took it for a wash/detail and checked everything was working properly. He also topped off my coolant and wiper fluid AND put air in my tires. THAT is the type of guy he is! Very caring and sweet! No other mechanic can compare to his level of service and kindness. So stop reading and take your car there right now! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

View on GoogleThey did a great job fixing my door strap on my SL. I provided the part and they did the labor. It’s run by an honest father son combo and the dad even fixed my broken seat buttons on the side. Very happy with the work - will be back. I was recommended this place by a friend who had a newer Audi Q5 and was getting gouged at his local dealership. UPDATE: 1/19/23 - my Mercedes was making belt noises so got the water cooler, belt, tension pulley, and some other old parts replaced. Turnaround time was fast : about a day. Also found out that my friend John takes his 2009 bentley there and happy with the service.. UPDATE: bought a SL55 AMG R230 and have taken it here for brake service. good job as always.
