EPS has saved my car again. The Service engine soon light came on and they repaired that item while checking things such as air filters (needed to be replaced). They even detailed my engine area so that it is free of debris. Dave and team so helpful.

David promptly set up an appointment for me to bring my car in for the service. I believe the older model of my Jetta, the parts need to have a detailed checkup. My oil engine light came up, and I often hear a strange sound as I drove on the road. David assured me can drive the car to his shop without further damage the engine, because of the light is up. David is patient and super knowledgeable about the German vehicles. I am very impressed that his shop has got all the professional, sophisticated equipment needed for the diagnostic to the tough German engine. Aside from being a highly skilled professional, David is very organized. He had a multipoint check-up for my vehicle, he made a detailed list, and he will prioritize for the most critical parts which need the immediate attention, for the suggested maintenance or replacement. David is honest. He will not touch any parts without customer’s authorization. He would work with customers and put customers’ best interest first, instead of being profit-driven. David is kind to work out the fair pricing with me for the expensive parts, with the excellent service. David is super on-time, and tracking the schedule for my vehicle repair, they are the most efficient team. He even took the picture shots to show me, why and how the parts need to be replaced. At the finish point, David completed with a clear list of the all his repaired parts and expenses without any confusion. He also delivered a further suggestion regarding the maintenance in the future. When I got my Jetta back, as soon as I started driving, I feel the differences, like a new car. That ticking sound being there for a year or so, VW dealer could not identify the issue, David got it fixed. I believe it is the timing-belt got old and needs to replace as David suggested. I am impressed with David and the team technician, their trouble-shooting skills. I can trust. I read about the posted statement on their mission, vision and service value in the office wall. David and the team, they really honor their words, they do what they say. I let the experience speak for itself. I am so impressed of EPS’, not only their excellent service skills, but their superior professionalism. I am sure this is so rare and precious to find in this big city. I brought in my ‘98 mustang because something has been drawing from my battery for months. They figured out the issue right away and Dave gave me the overview of the problems it was having. They fixed it within a couple days and quoted me a fair price. Overall really good experience with EPS Automotive!

I decided to get a second opinion from the team at EPS, and I’m very glad I did. After running their own diagnostics, they suggested swapping the ignition coils to confirm whether the fault was coming from a larger issue. They quickly determined it was simply a faulty coil, replaced it, and the total cost was only a small fraction of what I had been quoted elsewhere. The team was honest, knowledgeable, and efficient.
