It's kind of hard to give an accurate rating. My daughter has brought her 550cls in a few times for work. The first time, they checked out the car free of charge, which was really nice and got our loyalty. The second time was a full timing chain job, and it took them 3 weeks to get it done. The second day she got it back it blew a radiator hose, took over 2 weeks to get back, on the 3rd day of receiving i again, the thermostat house failed, and it took another 2.5 weeks. All work was covered under the initial repair but cost her to be out of a car for over a month, plus the cost of the tows. Not to mention, the check engine came on, and they said it was emission related. In reality, it was a low boost code caused by them cutting the vacuum hose to the waste gate actuator. Still work as a full time airline mechanic for over 25yrs disappointed the way it was handled.
