Finally found a mechanic I can actually trust. I brought my wife’s car to Alan at A1 to fix some vibration and steering issues, and the difference is night and day. It drives so smooth now, honestly feels brand new. You can tell right away that Alan is genuinely passionate about cars and knows his stuff inside out. It's hard to find an honest and a genuinely good mechanic but I finally found one. Harry is one of the nicest and knowledgeable mechanics I've met. He's very detail oriented and his quality of work really shows. If you have a Lotus or any other cars that are bit more complicated to work on, I would definitely trust Harry and his crew.

The mark up for my parts were 180%. I essentially paid $380 to replace spark plugs. Look at the receipt. Parts should have been no more than $100. When I asked about how much the mark up was, Allen said he didn't have to tell me. So the 180% mark up is my estimate. Look at the receipt for yourself and do some price comparisons. Rip off. It took them 1.5 hours of labor to change spark plugs. My car is a four cylinder car that does not require any removal of engine covers and the spark plugs and wires are easily accessible. I felt compelled to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR).
