I recently brought my 1987 Honda Accord to All Cars Repair Shop in San Gabriel, and overall I had a very positive experience. My car was well taken care of, and all of the necessary repairs were completed properly and professionally. My main point of contact was Jorge, who did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The pricing and repair timeframe were communicated clearly from the start, which I really appreciated — there were no surprises along the way. While the prices were somewhat on the higher side, the work was completed fairly quickly and with clear confidence in the quality of the repair. Working on older vehicles can often be more complicated, and fewer shops today are willing or able to properly service classic cars like my Accord. I was glad to find that this shop had the knowledge and capability to work on an older vehicle without hesitation. Communication was very good throughout the experience, and it gave me peace of mind knowing my classic Accord was in capable hands. I came here for the first time this week and was very pleased with my experience. The service rep, Jorge, was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire quote and repair process. They even offered to drive me home after dropping off my car, and picked me up at my home when my car was ready - truly awesome and saved me a few Uber trips. Finally, they gave my car a complimentary wash and also cleaned my headlights - truly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I will be back in the future with my second car.

I got a recommendation for All Car through AAA and their website when looking for local approved shops. It did not disappoint! This is a family owned and operated local community business that has been around for 40 years. They reviewed my vehicle and my concerns thoroughly and took the time to walk through the vehicle with me onsite. George took the time to make sure he understood my specific vehicle and the issues I was having and Sarah got me checked in and explained their process thoroughly. They even offered to give me a free ride home! After inspecting the care they called me and went over the issues they found. We agreed to proceed with repair and they sent me a written estimate for the major concern as well as two relatively minor issues they also found. I was able in the estimate to review and approve either just the major concern and/or the other minor issues. I opted to take care of everything while they had the vehicle. The work was done before the end of the next day. Highly Recommended!

I took a long time to find a reputable mechanic shop. I found it through AAA. This business has great customer service. George, the Service Advisor, is friendly, tells you what your vehicle needs up front, and is efficient. I don't give customer reviews very often. However, I wanted to recommend All Car Specialists. They take good care of you and your vehicle. Try them out!

The staff—both front desk and technicians—were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, and genuinely friendly. I noticed the same warm, professional treatment being given to other customers, which speaks volumes about the team. Although this service is not for me, they offer a courtesy ride up to 10 mile radius, which was very convenient. Work started on my vehicle quickly (a huge plus since I was a waiter and didn't want to join the traffic later). The technician was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain the key issues and repairs in a way I could easily understand. The whole process felt orderly and transparent: estimates and approvals were handled smoothly online, with no surprises. What stood out most was how clean and organized everything was—the work area looked orderly and clean (unusual for many shops), the waiting room was neat clean and comfortable, and even the bathroom was spotless. They had cold and hot water available, and they kindly offered me a selection of teas—such a nice touch! Wait times were completely reasonable, and at the end, they patiently walked me through exactly what had gone wrong and how it was fixed. This shop truly deserves high praise. They are a team of excellent car specialists who clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommended—keep up the fantastic service! Thank you!
