I had an excellent experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center on Saturday, April 18, 2026. From start to finish, the service was truly top-notch. Manager Ginna Escobar went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. She demonstrated outstanding follow-through, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely stands behind their work the way she does. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the attention to detail was evident. They took the time to explain the work performed, provided honest recommendations without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident in the repairs. The shop was clean, well-organized, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. It’s clear this location values integrity, quality workmanship, and strong customer relationships. I highly recommend this Tire Choice location to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto service. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star but I halfto to give my experience, last week I bought 2 tires from a manufacturer and got them sent to Tire Choice Auto service, I received an email that the tires were delivered on June 24th so we had an appointment on the 29th paid for installation, we got there and the lady in the front named Ginna said oh no we never received your tires I would know if we did cause that size is not a common size...so on Monday I called the manufacturer and they literally said that was BS they did receive them as a matter of fact a person named Ginna sighed for them and we have a picture of them getting delivered smh....long story short we ended up picking up my tires from them because I wanted nothing to do with this place, we ate up the installation money and luckily my son works for Toyota so he's able to put them on...this place is a joke! Please Do Not go there!!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Ginna was amazing—she made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. She took the time to clearly explain exactly what I needed and, more importantly, the reasoning behind her recommendations. Not everyone takes the time to educate customers, and I truly appreciated that. Many women may not be familiar with tires and often rely solely on recommendations, so having someone explain the “why” makes a big difference. Thank you, Ginna, for your outstanding service. I highly recommend this location for your next service.

I had an amazing experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in San Dimas. I purchased my tires online and brought them in for installation, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The employees were very polite and professional. When I asked about a military discount, they gladly applied one without hesitation. My tires look fantastic, and the service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend Tire Choice and will definitely be using them for all my future tire needs.

My wife and I are on a cross country trip, Route 66, 100yr anniversary, as we got to San Dimas, California it was time for an oil change. We found Tire Choice Auto Service Centers open on Sunday, Ginna(with 2 n's) the manager so nice and helpful, she got us in and had us ready in an hour. Very professional and the guys did a great job.
