The service here is excellent. Received great customer service from the owner, the office team, and the technicians. The work done on my truck turned out way better than what I expected. My truck looks brand new! I would definitely recommend taking your vehicles to Jefferson Auto Body.

From start to finish they were extremely communicative and responsive. I had extreme body damage on the side of my care and both Maricel and her son Carlos insured me it would be no problem to have insurance cover it and get it fixed in a timely manner. My insurance was lagging but they took it upon themselves to contact them numerous times to get the estimate done, which I really appreciated. Not only did they fix my car, but they were nice enough to fix all of my rims too. They were a pleasure to work with and now I have a trustworthy shop I can take any future car needs to. Plus you would be supporting a family owned business 😊

Maricela helped me throughout the whole process and she was super friendly and communicative. She handled everything with my insurance really smoothly and kept me updated from start to finish. When I got my car back, it looked brand new again! Definitely recommend them if you want quality work and an stress-free experience.

And my insurance company finally agreed to pay for the replacement!!!! Most importantly, this is a family run business, and I was treated like one of the family. Manny and his crew took care of both my car and me, and Maricela at the front of the house was ALWAYS responsive and updated me consistently. And: cost was totally reasonable!!! Please bring your car to this shop and support this wonderful business and people. This is how it should be done.
