The services provided were unsatisfactory considering the high cost. My friend inquired about my recommendation before the work commenced, but declined their services after witnessing the poor quality of the work. A minor scratch incurred a charge of nearly $2,000, significantly higher than the $1,000 or less I would expect elsewhere. This was for a supposedly comprehensive $400 detailing package that included waxing, detailing, and engine washing. Subsequently, I engaged another individual who provided superior service for a mere $40. I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The youngest owner attributed the shortcomings to his team being on vacation, offering this as justification for the delayed return of my vehicle. He repeatedly rescheduled appointments, ultimately leading to my decision to discontinue their services.
