If you’re a woman calling to ask about getting your brakes done and you explain that the front brakes were just replaced and you’d like to bring your own rear brake pads so they’ll match the same brand, don’t expect much respect here. The person who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was foolish for asking a simple question. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.

I brought my car in today to replace something other mechanics had me believed was a Necessary Repair. Which They'd All Gladly and Blatantly Do for the Opportunity to Charge yet Another person for unnecessary repairs and labor of un-vital jobs. The Good MEN here, quickly noticed that the work I was inquiring about was not affecting the Primary Operations of my vehicle. So I saved myself $250 on what would have been parts and Labor.
