⭐️☆☆☆☆ (If I could give zero stars, I would) I went to Hybrid Auto Tech in Paramount to replace the hybrid battery on my 2010 Toyota Prius. I paid around $900 and was given a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, this turned into a year-long nightmare. After about 5,000 miles, which I accumulated quickly since I use my car for work, the battery started failing. I brought it back, and they kept my car for about a week each time, claiming they replaced a cell or swapped the battery. Every time, the same issue happened again within a couple of days. battery failing and check engine light coming back on. This cycle repeated at least 12 times, sometimes once or twice a month over the span of a year. Each visit meant losing my car for days, which caused me to lose a significant amount of income since I rely on my vehicle for work. Despite all these attempts, they never properly fixed the issue.( I have proof as they gave me a receipt every single time they tried to fix it and text messages but i never lost my cool though, and kept a professional) Eventually, I took my car to another shop that replaced the battery correctly, for about the same price. I’ve now put over 80,000 miles on that battery with zero issues. I would not recommend this place for hybrid battery swaps, especially if you depend on your car for work. The inconvenience, downtime, and lost money were not worth it.

View on GoogleThese guys are wonderful. My 2006 Prius has received a software update. new spark plugs, reconditioned hybrid battery, and a couple of oil changes. They are honest, nice, reliable, fast enough that I just waited the amount of time they said it would take. This is the only place I want to take my car to. I recommend!
