The best customer service and, more importantly, the best quality work. At their prices this should be the only place you go for tires, suspension and alignments. I couldn't be happier with how smooth my vehicle rides now even with all terrain tires. The shop was also kept extremely clean.
View on GoogleGreat service! I was referred to this business by another business, The Original Valley Muffler. They said that Carrillo’s were fast, efficient, and have competitive pricing. I definitely agree! I had a flat tire that needed to be patched. Two of their service people helped me and got me out within 30 minutes! In addition, it only cost $20 to get my tire fixed! I will definitely be coming back and referring them to my family and friends!
View on GoogleBEWARE! They are not responsible for their previous work. Took tires to get patched here and after It was taken again, they said the lugnut was bad and the previous shop had done a bad job. After it was mention it was done there they said they could no longer service the car there for future tire patches. The shop owner or manager get angry easily and does not watch his body language or what he has to say. Previous to this interaction everything had been fine. One star because they messed up the lug nut and took zero responsibility. It’s not hard to replace a lugnut they could have suggested to get it replaced that’s it. It’s something that with time gets old and needs to be replaced.
