I had a same day appointment to get a flat repaired, and despite it being a super busy day right near closing time, they didn't make me feel like a burden at all. They were incredibly efficient and had everything taken care of in just 40 minutes. To top it off, it was fully complimentary. They were fast, professional and beats my own insurance, which was going to charge me an arm and a leg for a repair. You guys definitely earned a customer for life.

Today 3/5/26 me and my wife had the worst customer service experience at this location in the city of industry. We had a 12pm online appointment for tire rotation and alignment and when we got there on time Chris the store manager checked us in but put us down on their computers system as a walk-in instead of online appointment then they only did the alignment and parked our car back on the parking lot without even letting us know or even receiving a courtesy text as we always do once our car's are done. We followed up with Joshua (who was smacking his gum loudly and is by far the most unprofessional inexperienced manager I've come across as an America's tires loyal customer. When we followed up with Joshua, who is the assistant store manager not only was he dismissive, rude, and incompetent that he brushed us off to assist another walk-in customer when we kept asking why our car still didn't have the tire rotation done, he refused to help us and de-escalate the problem that it almost felt intentional. I asked Joshua if he was going to put our car back on the bay and get the tire rotation done and he had ZERO LACK OF URGENCY to help us as we had already been there for over 2 hours it was 2:25 pm and we had arrived on time to our online appointment at 12 pm and this is the level of suparb management that we had to deal with. Chris the store manager and Joshua the assistant manager need to be trained better on how to handle customer issues and concerns and know how to de-escalate not ESCALATE and make the problem worse for the paying customers. They're needs to better employees at the front counters who know what there job duties are and are knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. Chris and Joshua are supposed to be leading by example for store management and this unfortunately, was a missed opportunity and as managers they should know better and they both failed! Nobody ever apologized to us for what they did to us nor did Chris the store manager or Joshua the assistant manager. HORRIBLE!!! YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE MATHEW OR CARLOS AT THE FRONT COUNTER WHEN THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, they both lack the experience, aren't personable or friendly with customers and don't know how to multitask to even answer the phones ringing and ringing while their having personal conversations with one another and have no sense of urgency whatsoever. The only saving grace is the fact that they have other AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES WHO I'VE COME TO LEARN ON A FIRST NAME BASIS and employees like TERRY, LUCA, JASON, TYLER, IS WHAT MAKES THIS LOCATION CITY OF INDUSTRY- WORK BETTER WITH THEIR PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Kudos to LUCA, TERRY, TYLER, JASON YOU ARE ALL AMAZING EMPLOYEES WHO MAKE OUR COUNTLESS VISITS MEMORABLE BUT YOU ALSO LEAVE US WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES, YOU ALL MAKE IT WORTHWHILE AS WE LIVE IN BREA BUT ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND DON'T MIND THE TRAVEL TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THESE HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES.

Absolutely terrible experience at American Tire Depot. This is actually the SECOND time I’ve had the exact same problem at this location. I waited over an hour just for them to look at my tire. The nail was clearly in the middle of the tread, but before they even inspected it properly, they were already trying to push me into buying a new tire. After wasting even more of my time, they claimed the tire was “not repairable” and kept pressuring me to replace it. Then they started trying to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary services and products. It honestly felt more like a sales trap than a tire shop. I refused, took my car somewhere else, and another shop repaired the tire perfectly for only $20. So much for their “warranty” and “free tire repair.” Those promises seem completely meaningless because they’ll just make excuses to deny the repair and pressure customers into spending more money. The fact that this has now happened to me twice at the same shop says everything. Extremely dishonest business practices, poor customer service, and a complete waste of time. I will never come back again.

It was awful. My tire had a nail in it, and after waiting in line for a long time, they told me tire repair was free, but one of my tires needed to be replaced. So I paid $351 to replace it. Their efficiency was unbelievably low—I arrived at 11 a.m. and didn’t leave until 5 p.m. Worst of all, they never actually repaired my tire. The next day, I found the nail was still in it. I can’t spend another five hours going back to that shop. Maybe I didn’t even need a new tire at all—I was deceived.

Professional and great service! Flat tire fixed in timely manner. They open earlier than listed time. Will visit to have my tires replaced in near future.
