I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team at 2020 Auto Body Tech for their exceptional service and professionalism. After being rear-ended on May 27th, I brought my car in on June 16th, and by June 26th, all the repairs were completed flawlessly. Rob and his team made the entire process smooth and stress-free by working directly with the other party’s insurance—so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, transparent, and upfront about the repairs needed. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile with recommendations truly stood out. I especially appreciated his flexibility when I asked for my factory silver emblems to be swapped for blacked-out ones—he made it happen without hesitation. Jessica was also fantastic—she kept me updated every step of the way with excellent customer service and a friendly attitude. When I picked up my car, I was beyond impressed with the final result, including the detail work. It looked even better than before the accident! Rob, Jessica, and the entire team—thank you for your outstanding work. You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I will absolutely recommend 2020 Auto Body Tech to anyone in need of top-tier auto body repairs.

!PLEASE GO TO THIS SHOP! I went through a few different shops in the area who turned me away. And I was beginning to feel hopeless until I spoke to Robert and Jessica w/ 2020 Auto. I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. Needed my front and rear end replaced. They even repaired prior “fixed” areas that a previous shop did. They worked with my insurance (State Farm) And now my 2018 Mustang GT has never looked better and I will suggest everyone to contact 2020 Auto. Amazing work and amazing service.

Saw that this place had good reviews so we chose it as a repair shop for our car after it had been involved in an accident (not our fault BTW). The car was towed last Monday to this shop. After several days the estimated cost of repairs was deemed too high to fix, so the car was deemed a total loss by our car insurance. Yesterday we called the shop to let them know we would be coming in either on that day OR today to pick up our personal belongings from the car. Well today my husband went to pick up our belongings after work ONLY TO FIND OUT that the shop had already taken apart the car. As in they had thrown ALL THE PARTS into the car on top of OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. They hadn’t even given us a chance to grab our things! We are LIVID. It was as if they didn’t even have any respect for our items. When my husband questioned the front desk lady her response was “The tow truck was the one that removed the parts.” LIAR. When the car was towed it DID NOT LOOK LIKE THIS. You couldn’t even give us the courtesy/time to grab our items? When this happened in the past to my husband’s car, the repair shop he took it to didn’t do this & actually allowed him time to grab his personal items after the car was deemed a total loss. So beware!! They do not have any respect for people’s personal belongings. I usually don’t write reviews but felt compelled to after what happened. This shop needs to do better.

I took my 2025 Hyundai Tucson there for repair after a little accident. They did a GREAT JOB!!! Jessica the front office manger was so pleasant to work with. She handled everything with my insurance company. Very efficient. She answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone.

Like it never even happened! I was a bit skeptical about having my truck repaired here since they are not part of the Farmers Insurance network, but I decided to roll the dice with them since they were the only auto body shop that would work with me in coordinating the repair. Robert, the manager, told me that once he got approval from Farmers to do the repair he would order the parts and let me keep my truck until he was ready to start working on it. Everyone else told me that I had to leave my truck with them before they would even get around to ordering the parts. He also said that if I brought it in on a Monday it would be finished by Friday. He was true to his word. Once he received the parts I brought my truck in the following Monday and picked it up on Friday. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My truck looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Not only did he repair the damage covered by my Insurance, but he also repaired, at no extra cost, several small dents that I hadn’t even noticed until Robert pointed them out. Nobody ever wants to be a repeat customer at a collision repair shop, but if I ever need future repairs I don’t need to look anywhere else. I am a customer for life.
