I have been going to Lexology for years. They have the most amazing staff. They are very knowledgeable, professional and fair. I would highly recommend their shop for service and repairs ! I’m on my 3rd Lexus and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am now taking my son’s car there as well. They work on different makes and models. Michael Devonte , and Veronica are truly wonderful people to work with. I definitely give the a five star rating!

Let me tell you - the world is mad expensive right now, everytime you step out your door it feels like $100 just flutters away from your bank account. Now with that context , IT IS AMAZING TO HAVE A VENDOR understand that. Lexology gets it, they understand, they can be very black and white when it comes their services but they're extremely fair and competetive while having the retaining the highest caliber of confident. Nothing expressed this preamble of mine more than Devonte at Lexology. Getting hit with the news that my less-than 8k miles-old brake system was not recalled but put on a TPS and would require an entire brake swap has got to be the WORSE answer to receive when you came in to fix a small squeak. Devonte sensed this, he understood what needed to be done, and could both feel and see my frustration for something out of my control. Instead of telling me it is what it is, too bad so sad, and/or them's the breaks, he asked for my keys and trust. 15 minutes later, he came out and said that I'm good to go. He worked with the team on a fix and it cost me ZERO dollars (I probably owe them for taking the amount of water bottles I did). I've been driving up and down LA with zero squeak and full confidence. Shoutout to Devonte for going above and beyond what he needed to do for a distraught (but loyal) customer.

I can't recommend Lexology enough! If you own a Lexus or Toyota in the Hermosa Beach area, this is the place to take your car. I've been bringing my Lexus here for over three years, and they've consistently provided top-notch service. Mike, the owner, and his entire team are fantastic. They're always friendly, willing to explain the work in detail, and proactively outline future service needs without ever being pushy or overselling. Their prices are fair, especially considering the quality of service you receive, and the shop itself is absolutely spotless – a testament to their professionalism and attention to detail. Lexology has earned my trust and my loyalty. They'll take great care of your car!

I’m a first time customer who is EXTREMELY SATISFIED with how everyone treated me. The initial quote for my Major 30,000 mile service was exactly what I paid a brief two hours later. All of the personnel was friendly, attentive, responsible and honest. They repaired what needed to be repaired and didn’t try to upsell me on repairs that weren’t needed. My Service Advisor, Mr. Anderson explained everything to me clearly, carefully and with complete understanding on my part. I’m now going to be bringing my wife’s Lexus as well as my daughter’s little Lexus. I try to help them out with their vehicles service and now it’s easy, I’m coming back to Lexology! Veronica and Mayda are extremely helpful, nice, polite and friendly people who exemplify the people at Lexology of Hermosa Beach.
