Cathy and A & R were very accommodating and helpful for a pre-purchase inspection. I appreciate their timeliness and willingness to help me work with the seller to get the car to their shop even though I am far from Hermosa Beach. Once complete, they gave me a rundown of what the car needed if I moved forward with purchase which I did. Turns out the car had lots of little things not noted in report which surprised me upon car's arrival. Now I am having to have the car re-inspected by my own mechanic. I called A/R and they kindly apologized and were open to finding a win-win solution. For their willingness to solve our differences, I continue to recommend them. If I lived closer, I’d go back!

I was referred here and I’m so glad I made the hour-long drive! I don’t know much about cars or pricing, but the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly kind and transparent, which I really appreciated. I needed my front brakes repaired on my 2020 Mercedes, and the price was very reasonable. The service was quick and the job was done perfectly. I’m definitely be a long-term client now!
