I’m a bit torn on my experience at American Tire Depot because while the staff was great, the service was hit or miss. Joey the manager was very friendly and helpful with coordinating my Tire Rack order, even applying a coupon when the final price didn't quite match my initial quote. However, the service took an hour longer than the 90-minute estimate, and I never received a printout of the alignment specs, leaving me unsure if it was actually done right. Most concerningly, one of the brand-new tires wasn't even fully filled with air when I picked the car up, leading me to think I've gotten a flat. I appreciate the fair pricing and friendly vibe, but these quality control issues make me hesitant to return for future tire or alignment needs.

I had a screw in my tire and because of the good reviews here I brought my car here. I assumed because it’s a screw vs a nail - I was ready to purchase a new tire. Easy to make an appointment online. After dropping it off, waited 90 mins and then they actually patched it! FOR FREE! Thank you to the mechanics and staff. Very professional and didn’t try to upsell. The waiting room wasn’t bad but many options across the street to waste time. Highly recommended to my friends already through Instagram!
