I have a 2018 Audi Q5 that I rarely drive and for a while, my regular services were covered under an existing service plan at the Audi dealership so I was shielded from the true cost. About a year ago, after my service plan expired I took my car in for an oil change to the Audi dealership and they said I was also due for a 90,000 mile service when my car had only 20,000 miles, and they were going to charge me $2,200. I balked and told them to just do the oil change and so the charge was $340. About a year later I had to get my oil changed again and I had an alert maintenance was due so I tried G Imports for the first time. They did a full inspection and said everything looked in great shape and because I drive the car so infrequently, Graham said I just needed the oil change and none of the time-based service fixes. They charged me 2/3 the cost (~$200) that the Audi dealership charged for the oil change and said they probably don’t need to see me for another year or so. G Imports is so honest and actually looks at the car instead of trying to fleece you like the service shops at the dealerships. Today, I stopped by G Imports because I had a smog check issue where my monitors weren’t resetting. They took me in a quick walk in and I was on my way in 10 minutes with everything fixed. Grateful for this company and how kind and honest they are. Thank you!
