Eugene is genuine, professional, and very skilled at what he does. I called in because I suspected my jeep's battery died and he picked up my new battery for me, arrived fully prepared, and diagnosed the issue quickly all while being highly responsive, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. My jeep was up and running again in record time! He also made sure it was fully functional after the repair so that was a nice touch. His service is thorough and top of the line. 10/10 would call him again next time I could use a little help :)

I can’t thank Eugene enough for his dedication and willingness to help when we really needed it. My family and I had just landed at LAX after a long 19-hour flight, exhausted and ready to head home, when suddenly my check engine light came on. Within a few miles, the car started overheating, and I had no idea what was going on. To make matters worse, it was late in the day and most local mechanics were already closing or unavailable. I reached out to Eugene, explained the situation, and without hesitation he made the effort to accommodate us that same late afternoon. Eugene took the time to thoroughly check the car, diagnose the issue, and get us safely back on the road. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help during a stressful situation really stood out.
