So I ended up here through my insurance. I was first told the work would take 2.5 weeks and sure enough I dropped off my vehicle and that was that. After the couple weeks I call to check in and they said you know what your vehicle parts have not come in,”they came in defective.” I believed them, but that meant another two weeks. And by this time I had asked if I could I use my car while I wait. They said no because they wouldn’t be responsible if there was more damage. Fine. Long story short another 2 weeks go by and nothing. I have my husband go by and he said they had the truck parked and absolutely nothing had been done to it. The next week I was told the part finally was coming in and they would be getting started. They gave me a date (“ Friday by latest Monday”) when that date came by as usual another lie. My husband does by the shop again this time the truck had been taken apart but no apparent work had been done. These lies and delays were not the worst. The day finally comes and the job is not done “one additional part did not make it” and they didn’t want to make me wait even longer. So another week does by. And the final part comes in but by now I don’t want there dirty/lying hands on my car. 🚨 ‼️ I get my truck, drive, and sensors come on. My dad and husband open the hood RATS had nested in my truck and mauled through hoses while it was at this shop probably from sitting there soooo long. Disgusted I call back and they don’t de line the repair, but I do not trust this place by now.

I was in a car accident and took my car here. Not only did they walk me through insurance and give me quotes before and after inspection, they communicated with me every step of the way! Incredibly kind, honest, and professional, and left my car in far better shape (and cleaner) than they found it. My 2016 Honda Fit will have another decade on it after their work. Highly recommend for repairs or body work!
