I came in with a huge nail in my tire and they pulled it and patched it FOR FREE! And it was less than an hour which was surprising since they were busy. Great customer service as well. Very nice and informative. I will definitely come back when I need tires. They saved the day!

Updated‼️ I would not recommend this place unless you desperately need a tire and can’t make it anywhere else. Warning ⚠️ TL/DR I went here to get some 33 inch tires installed on some 22 inch rims, first of all it took ages to get the process started but they managed to order the tires and even they got there they put them on the rims. However, it seemed like the manager was very eager and willing to help cuz he knew I was going to be spending a decent amount of money for them but when it came time to put them on the car they could not get them to fit even though they told me they should fit. So then the manager told me I needed wheel adapters/spacers, not a problem I told him as I was willing to spend enough to get them installed. He told me I had to “specially order” them, I said “ok“. He told me that he would look for some and call me when he found them so he could install them, I went home with my stock rims and tires and the new ones in my trunk, I was kinda disappointed but still hopeful 🤞 So then a week passed by and I haven’t heard anything from him so I call him back myself and he tells me he’s still looking, sure ok these things take time I suppose is what I told myself, then another week goes by and no word, and another. It was then that I realized that he was ghosting me and was not even looking for the wheel adapters. So I had to go to a different shop closer to my house (not American tire depot) who and then ordered the spacers the same day and got them 3 days later and called me and they installed them for free! Problem solved! But then I needed some front end work on my car, so I thought I’d give American tire depot another chance, and what a mistake that was. I went to get tie rod work done and they me almost $2000 for 2 new tie rod’s and alignment. I asked them to do one side and I’d would come back to do the other later. I paid for an “upgraded” tie rod and insurance which costed me almost $800 but when the mechanic installed it, it looked just like the old one, not only that but when he installed it he managed to rip the boot which I didn’t notice until later. So I went back to tell them and wanted to have them install a new one, the manager then lied to me again stating he needed to special order the boot and again ghosted me for weeks. It was then I decided I’d take my business elsewhere as I could not trust them, they didn’t want to honor the insurance I paid for and lied to me multiple times about ordering parts that I needed but didn’t even make an effort to find them or even tell me that they couldn’t find them. So my brand new tie rod was just exposed to the elements and the life of the part didn’t last nearly as long as it should have. Overall, not a very good experience if you ask me. I will not be going here again and would recommend a local mechanic you can trust if you need work done on your car. 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ for installing the tires and balancing -3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for lying to me multiple times and ghosting me and terrible customer service. UPDATE🆙📆 So I guess one of the owners replied to me review asking me to reach out to solve the issue, but son deleted his reply. I emailed him and he called me about honoring the tire rod they screwed up on, but I had already went to my personal mechanic and got the work done. I told them I didn’t want them working on my car and the only thing I would want from them is a refund or reimbursement of some sort. The manager I was speaking with them told me he’d call me back after getting more info and then ghosted 👻 me. Typical American Tire Depot behavior, honestly I was not surprised at all. I have not only given them 1 star ⭐️ due to this incident. Avoid at all cost, these people will scam you, lie to you and then give you the run around. Don’t trust them!

Deal with anybody except FRANK! The word customer service for this guy is non existent! Been a customer of tire depot eversince even before they changed their name to big brand. Since I moved, i was happy to find out that theres a tire depot close to where I live so I decided to continue getting the service from them. I've never had any bad experience eversince except with this guy! Set up a 3pm appointment for a tire repair and arrived at the shop at 2:45pm just to be told that I had to wait until 5pm to be serviced. I would understand if I need to wait 30mins to even an hour which is fine with me. But to be told to wait until 5pm is just disappointing and worse, for FRANK to not show even a bit of concern is unacceptable! You have to teach this guy what customer service is. I understand that some people might already be tired but he chose to be in a customer service job, a show of concern is not too much to give! You could lose customers if you keep this guy! Im not saying not to go to this shop, its just that one person who made the experience not worthwhile.

I had an outstanding experience here! I came in needing to see what my options were for my two front tires because one side was wearing out much quicker than the other. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming. He actually took the time to come outside and personally look at my tires to see exactly what was going on. On top of that, the price was very reasonable—it easily beat the prices I was getting at other tire shops in the area. I haven't experienced that level of professionalism, fair pricing, and genuine kindness anywhere else. I will definitely be coming back here for any future tire or alignment services. Made an appointment hours prior. Was greeted with kindness. Service was completed before promised time, which is awesome. I was able to get in & out quickly. Got a tire repaired for free. Team was highly communicative. Tipped staff for a great experience 👍🏻
