Amazing experience! Everyone was so kind from booking the appointment to the actual installation. My catalytic converter was stolen so I purchased a shield and needed to get it installed. The guys working on the installation were incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process along with their recommendations on additional safety precautions such as the welds you see in the photo. They even went as far as to fix some sloppy work left behind by the Toyota dealership - just straight up missing bolts that left a large metal piece dangling under my car that I didn’t notice! I’ll only come to this shop from now on for all of my Prius needs. Way better pricing than the nearby repair shops as well. Thanks everyone!

Prius911 replaced my hybrid battery after a two month ordeal I had with the dealer. Old mechanic kept fixing minor or irrelevant things like connectors, bleeding money from me instead of replacing the hybrid battery! Prius911 even recalibrated some components that were causing warning lights and put my wiper blades back on! This is now my forever mechanic!! These guys were friendly, informative, and straight forward! They have my business and highest recommendation.

Called around and these guys had a great price for a replacement abs actuator assembly installed. Also 4.9 star review for a repair shop is unheard of. I showed up on time, they were ready for my Prius, said it would take three hours and it took 3 hours! I ubered down the street to play golf while I waited. Came back and they had a seat cover and floor mat on the floor, I appreciate them treating my Prius like I do. I have never had a better experience at an auto shop. Thank you!

I came in to get my 2013 Toyota Prius checked and I have to say from the moment they opened the car door, you could tell these people really know what they’re doing. Christian and the team were respectful, fun to talk to, and had zero attitude. We even had some laughs along the way which you don’t expect at a mechanic shop! 😄 The whole experience was easy and stress-free. Only thing I didn’t like is that I had to pay lol.😂 If you have a Prius or hybrid this is THE place to go. Highly recommend Prius 911 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thanks

Engine was starting rough and drinking coolant. They went right to diagnosing the issue. They did this within 5 minutes of arriving. Needed a rebuild or used engine. Got a JD used engine($2700) and transmission serviced($170). Finished up in 3 days totally cleaned my engine bay. They know Hybrids especially Prius's. Highly recommend this small no BS shop. Also got to thank my son for the referral!
