I had a great experience at Nur Benz in Hawthorne. The team was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and everything was clearly explained. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this shop over the Mercedes-Benz dealer for both service and overall experience.

They sent me to get my Benz repaired and they kept my car for months until they riped my insurance company off for 11000 and still made me pay another 3500 for a bent fender. Im still fighting to get my money. Shame on you Juan.

View on GoogleI was introduced to Juan and Nur Benz through a family member. I’ve always taken my car to the Mercedes dealership, but it was becoming increasingly expensive. So when I needed some important work done on my car, I came in to see Juan. He has an extensive history working with Mercedes. He took his time examining my car. He figured out the cause of the problem and was very reasonable. I was able to get two necessary repairs for the price of one. Juan is very trustworthy and honest. I will return to Juan and Nur Benz in the future for my Mercedes needs!
