Tony is absolutely not listening to what we're saying. He keeps saying things like, "I'm 65 years old," and so on. I'm asking for a price quote for a part replacement, and all I'm getting are empty and arrogant responses. I'm not a kid anymore, man. You need to remember that I'm a customer, and when giving examples to customers, you should avoid swearing and give "the real answer” to our question.

View on GoogleOK TO MY LADIES IN SPECIFIC & TO THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL. STOP SEARCHING. Ladies, I am a 1st time customer and I have a 2018 Hybrid SUV. When I tell you I have NEVER met a automotive repairman as "Professional", cordial, a very respectful but direct communicator who is so knowledgeable and highly skilled at his profession. Prior to going to Europa I had obtained 3 diagnostic evaluations /quotes. Well let me tell you, not one of those prior quotes provided me with a sit down office experience with an extremely detailed print out of the diagnostics performed on my vehicle like Tony @ Europa Motors had done. In fact, Tony explained the diagnostic findings in a manner that was easy to follow along and understand. I felt informed and reassured about my decision to select Europa Motors to perform my automotive repairs. I'M SO HAPPY THAT I CHOSE EUROPA MOTORS!!! In a short bullet list format, here is why I had gave Europa Motors a 5-Star Review:: 1. Respectful & Professional at all times. 2. Highly knowledgeable and experienced at his profession with MB vehicles 3. EFFICIENT processes. Tony is so organized and his shop is one of the cleanest & most organized automotive repair shops that I have ever seen in my life! 4. Explains costs and estimates honestly NO GAMES OR GIMMICKS! 5. Executes repairs in a timely manner and in correlation with the estimated time that he provided to me (In my case after Tony ordered the needed parts it only took 3 hours to do the work). 6. Business is set up to accept multiple forms of payment. 7. Tony provides a written summary of the work he performs and explains it during the close of the transaction. 8. Additionally, if applicable , Tony also explained my vehicle's future automotive needs or concerns and listed them on the summary in order of priority! 9. My vehicle is working lovely and no more messages on the dashboard either!🙌🏾 To wrap it up, I am so grateful to my neighbor for introducing us to Tony (Europa Motors).
