Drake of Chilton auto body on 5/20/26 took no responsibility for the bad inspection of my 2023 ford bronco.Drake was only concerned about a 9 rating and the comments that were given in a survey stating his lack of communication and my lack of Trust stemming from his initial inspection of my 2023 ford bronco.I received a email from Drake putiel with the words “bring it in and I will take a look”. Never taking ownership or acknowledging he missed the damage to my 2023 ford bronco modular exterior panel. The modular roof panel on the passenger side should have been included in the initial inspection report.Instead Drake the appraiser for Chilton decided leaving the damaged roof panel on the passenger side out was a great idea. Drake went on to say I got yelled at because of the survey still Drake took no responsibility for his shop not doing the job that the Chilton auto body was supposed to do. I was taken by Drake to his office where he pointed out in front of a coworker a bad survey I had given with all 9’s instead of a 10. Then, Drake did not believe he had missed the roof damage on the passenger side of my ford bronco.Drake searched his computer for every picture until he found the picture with the exact chemical stain left by the Safelite technician.Drake after seeing the damage to my passenger side modular roof panel continued to say you gave me a bad survey and I was yelled at by my boss. Then, Drake Pultiel goes outside to survey the damage to my my exterior modular roof panel.Drake states”I have never ordered a modular panel before and it will take a long time”. Drake climbed up to survey the damage on the passenger side roof only after I climbed up to point out the damage. Drake stated we can try to take the black paint out of the modular panel .Drake stated the passenger side modular panel is textured and cannot be sanded down to remove the black paint.Drake stated the roof panel on the passenger side would need to be replaced.Drake gave varying estimations of what exactly needed to be done to fix my chemical black paint stain in my modular roof panel. No action plan was given by Drake.Drake made me feel like I was the cause of his bad survey and my 2023 ford bronco being in the damaged state it was in. Drake again only stated it will cost a lot of money to fix.Never apologizing for the bad inspection of my 2023 ford bronco.Never taking ownership or apologizing for his not including the damaged modular roof panel in the initial inspection report. Drake the appraiser for Chilton stated”We did not do it” after seeing the chemical stain and damage to my 2023 ford bronco. Drake gave me paperwork only showing damage to my ford bronco hood. Drake Pultiel of Chilton inspection skills are subpar at best. Drake the appraiser only seems to care about his bottom line and the rating he will receive from Geico insurance regarding the quality and timeliness of the work performed at Chilton Autobody. I know that this is not the type of work that Chilton auto body is capable of.I know that the work has to be done in a fixed amount of time I get it. I used Chilton auto body before and I never received this kind of Customer Service. Each customer should be treated professionally all the time. WHO even cares about a 9 or 10 survey when the finished work should reflect the level of professionalism,dedication and commitment to the work and speaks volumes that words cannot express. Drake expressed no empathy for me the customer and has nothing to say but I have to contact Bruce. In my final statement it’s inherent in our DNA we as humans will make mistakes. The only real mistake are the ones we don’t learn from and repeat over again. They chose to send the modular panel they paid for back to the dealer. They took no responsibility for their negligent repair to my 2023 ford bronco truck. They are NOT Trustworthy and want to keep your vehicle for long periods of time. BEWARE!!!!! Clear case for filing a negligent repair and breach of contract claim.

Excellent customer service, and no games. I used Chilton Auto Body via my insurance company. This place even had a convenient Concierge Service with Enterprise Rent A Car. My vehicle was reserved and ready at Chilton's. Bottom line, this place is straight up honest and do an excellent job on vehicle.

They were very courteous and professional from start to finish. Eva was so caring she made me feel like family. I 💓 loved how a received a weekly status about my car 🚗. When I picked up my car it was nice and clean like she just drove off the showroom floor. I would recommend FIX to everyone I know. I was advised not to wash my car for 2 weeks and today it got rained on and I hope and pray 🙏🏾 that the paint job is not ruined. A job well done 👏🏾 and worth the wait. Thank you to all of you at FIX.

This was fastest service I have ever had for an accident claim. Car went in Monday at 9:30am. I picked up my vehicle Tuesday at 11:30 fixed and detailed. Very communicative as well.
