Westside Brake & Tires

Called some places needing to swap my tires onto a set of new wheels… I asked westside their process for doing so and Will reassured me they take extreme care of the wheels. I was assured they'd do a good job. So I dropped the car off and upon pick up I inspected the wheels and lo and behold there was damage. Not only that but the tech tried painting over it with the incorrect paint. In addition to that, I noticed more damage to the inside of the wheel which is amazing. Asked Will to come out and inspect it with me so he did. Showed him the damage and he said “looks like someone tried to put a hubcab on” and acknowledged the paint and scratch as well. I explained, these wheels were brand new. When I received them, I inspected every single one, they were flawless. No one touched them before i handed them off. He said let me ask the tech. Turns out the tech DID scratch it… and then tried to paint it over with the incorrect paint. It’s one thing to damage something and let the customer know but it’s another to damage it and try to cover it up. Now i have a fat scratch and mismatched paint on my new ENKEI RPF1’s. These wheels cost 1200+ NEW. Extremely disappointing experience.

Been putting off replacing my brake pads for far too long. Was nervous once I moved into the area, thinking prices would jump dramatically w/ cost of living. Called around a few places, Westside was the quickest to respond, and also offered the most reasonable rate. The service was very friendly, above and beyond. Definitely maintained that pride and work ethic that only well run family operated business can deliver. No slimy upsells like what many chain operations do. The mechanic I spoke to on the phone was very clear, direct, and honest. Overall, the vibe and service were what I was hoping for. Highly recommend, and super relieved I now have a go-to place for car maintenance.

Amazing family run business! Not only did they fix my breaks for a fair price, but they were also able to locate and issue with my car that another shop missed and fixed it same day, saving me thousands in what I thought was a bigger issue. Truly kind people and awesome service. I will be back!

The people over at Westside are so friendly, honest, and helpful! I came in for a new tire after a flat, and, to make a long story short, after another tire company I went to first had made a big mistake with my wheel. Westside was super patient, professional, and communicative in figuring out the fix. They also squeezed me in at the end of the day (in the rain!) once it had all been sorted to finally get my new tire on. They made a lifelong customer out of me! Thanks so much you guys!
