I had a blowout right after getting of my cruise ship! 6 hours from home, and NO ONE had my tire size. Not even Costco! These guys had my size, got me in, and got us back on the road in an hour or so. They didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff, just gave me a great price and sent me on my way. Thank you!!!
View on GoogleDISAPPOINTED! DON'T GO HERE What an incompetent disaster. I am deeply disappointed. The images are a bit dusty but I purchased 4 new tires here. My existing wheels and tires were less than 2 weeks old. After the service, all FOUR NEW wheels were damaged by very poor handling when re-balancing for the new tires. They didn't clean the old adhesive (not a huge deal) but the scratches on the black satin finish are deep and visible from a distance. I advised them and was told to look for emails and follow up with the manager. I heard nothing, so I went in to speak with the manager and was told that he would schedule a wheel service. After several days and empty promises, I'm moving on. I honestly don't even trust them to fix them even if they offer. There are plenty of low budget options in the area. Think twice.
View on GoogleOne of my tires was slowly loosing air, so I decided to bring in for a Free Tire Check. Everything from setting the appointment online to checking in at the store was seamless. I was expecting that after they took a look at my car, they would've have recommended a tire replacement, in addition to pointing out that my brakes needed to be replaced and more! Boy, was I wrong. Tech at the desk came over, handed me my keys, and explained they patched everything up and I was good to go. Free tire patch! What a great customer service experience. I had come before, when I actually had to replace a tire, but pleasantly surprised what an honest spot this is. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleTire Depot in Culver City is the BEST!! It’s the only place I take my 2023 Genesis GV80 Prestige. Yesterday I went in for air needed in my tire. Turns out I had a screw in an area that couldn’t be patched. (If it could be patched, that’s FREE here). They immediately ordered my tire, it was here this morning and in less than an hour I was on the road. In addition, they looked up my CarFax and saw there was a recall on my car. The dealer never notified me. I’m going back for my 6 month service in a couple of weeks. This Tire Depot is a one stop shop for anything for your car. They are always professional, friendly and fair prices! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
