Sam Bond in the service department and Arturo Missoni in sales are the guys you want to ask for when you come to this dealership. Arturo took his time and was very patient and helpful making my buying experience very pleasant with no pressure like your typical car salesman. And Sam Bond in the service department has been incredibly helpful helping me navigate my warranty for a Toyota I bought elsewhere saving me tons of money from a warranty I didn’t even know I had until he made me aware of it. All in all great dealership I’d highly recommend them to anyone I know

My service was fast and easy. My service advisor was Tiffany Baker. She was great with the service. My vehicle technician was Pancho Francisco. He did a perfect 10/10 job on my car. It came back running better than ever. They both did a great job on my vehicle. Thank you two so much for making an easy job simple and clean for me.

set the appointment offered me for $49.95 as well as purchase a new “Advantage care” plan for “$179.95” if i had a good experience (usually i don’t at this one which was why i hadn’t been back) and i wanted to give it another chance because of the special and the kind associate that called me. Dropping off my car was quick and easy, the associate wasn’t really nice, but wasn’t rude either, just seemed disinterested in helping me, but it was busy so i understood. I was called after 2 hours after dropping my car off and given a list of additional repairs that were needed by the associate Charles. He was unclear over the phone, mumbling, kept pausing for long periods, and sounded confused by my questions. He must’ve been busy because it seemed like he was doing something else, while trying to sell me the other repairs over the phone. I was trying to still be optimistic and let him know that i couldn’t complete the additional repairs today, but i’d like to set an appointment with him for early that week when i came to pick up my car because i was still waiting for a positive customer service experience and thought it would be better in person while talking to Charles. When i arrived Charles desk was unattended, there was an associate 3 desks over that greeted me though as soon as he got off his phone call. He helped me located the paperwork and offered to assist with taking the payment, but when i asked to speak to Charles he just walked away with my card. He did not tell me if Charles was on break, if he would be back soon or if i could speak to him, he did not tell me how much i was being charged or what he was charging me for. Just came back with a receipt, told me to sign on the paperwork and then took his copy, handed me my copy while he pointed me to the pickup area and walked away. While i didn’t like his experience and was very annoyed, i told myself that i would just go get my car and try to talk to Charles over the phone again later. Receiving my car was fairly quick and while the associates were not very communicative i believe they were also very busy and i wasn’t expecting much so that was another neutral experience. After i got my vehicle moved out of the way from the pick-up zone i took a moment to review my paperwork and realized that i was charged only for the advantage care. Despite the comments on the paperwork from the phone associate, and after i told the associate i dropped my car off with about it, clearly dictated that i was there for a “Retention $49.95” oil change, and instead they just charged me for and used one of the Advantage Care services! I called back and spoke to another associate that very kindly took down my note solely around wanting to speak to Charles to pay for the “Retention $49.95” oil change on top of the Advantage care, and to have the 1 service that was taken from the advantage care returned so i would have all 3 remaining. i dont remember that associates name but your calls are recorded so you should be able to find out who it was, he was very kind and attentive, and he advised that he noted the reason for my call and would pass it to Charles who would call me later that day. Never received any more communication until your survey came in. Charles sent me a text message solely saying that i could “call or text” him “at this number” but when i called i received no answer. I still can’t get ahold of anyone and no one has even tried reaching out to me. I can’t believe im going to have to return to the location in person to have this fixed and deal with the awful service there just to fix an issue i didn’t create

After an oil change on 5/18/26, someone did NOT make it known that the part pictured needed replacement. Instead, it was shoved back in without being attached. The part came halfway off two days later while I was traveling and it cost me another $50.07 to find this out. The broken part was returned to me with ONLY THREE SCREWS. Clearly one of your mechanics didn't didn’t care enough. I want this part replaced at no charge to me.

Service advisor Sam was very helpful and explained everything that was done to my vehicle! So helped advise me to bring my car back in to address another issue it has. Overall Service was great! Thanks Sam!
