I am happy that Mitchell’s was really able to repair my 2003 S-type Jaguar. I’m aware that it’s a challenge to get parts and find someone who knows how and is willing to repair this kind of car. Mitchell’s is able to meet these challenges. The staff is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Johnny has always made himself available, explaining things thoroughly, April is also gracious and professional and the owner, Marc, was a pleasure to meet. It’s a relief to know that they truly stand behind their work. All around good energy!

BAD BUSINESS with the new owners. when doing any work you must get written confirmation they are using land rover parts or they will try to deny the warranty. I had a coolant tank replaced for $2100 which broke 11 months later. Jonathan and April both told me the parts are covered but not the labor as it's 90 days. I had to show them the original agreement to get them to realize the parts are new, and thus, the labor is covered. They than denied the parts as new, as they werent from a dealer. Excuse me...parts can be bought new from the manufacturer and not from a dealer. Jonathan then denied it again, and only when I pushed back harder, did he call the old owner and agreed to cover the labor. This is the type of tactics that ruin customer loyalty. Then I picked up the vehicle, drove it 9 miles, and the engine overheated due to faulty coolant pipes. They denied it. They just fixed it a second time and never test drove it. The engine could have exploded with kids in the car. SHAME ON THEM. They then demanded $3100 to fix the problem yet again, and sent an estimate that had the wrong parts. I used to like this place but its a mess now and they destroyed my loyalty. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

Took my 2012 Range Rover here after another shop was unable to diagnose and identify an engine issue. April was very responsive and always got back to me same day. Sammy was very knowledgable and knew what it needed when other shops didn’t. It runs very smooth now with ZERO issues!! Would definitely come back.

if i could leave 0 stars, i would! since ian retired, this shop has been nothing but a money grab. i’ve brought my car here twice post ian’s retirement and each time my car allegedly got fixed, i’ve had to bring it back to the shop for additional problems they’ve caused. this shop has turned into a penny-pinching/cash grab auto shop. this is coming from someone who has spent over $12k there in less than a year. the mechanic seemed like he didn’t want to fix the problem that he caused. this is the second time in less than 3 months i’ve got my car fixed and additional issues occurred after i got it fixed. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AUTO SHOP!!!
