I’ve been bringing my Mercedes vehicles to Neff since 2006, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars. He’s the definition of an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable mechanic. He is always fair, upfront, and transparent about what needs to be done. Did i mention he's FAST too?! What I appreciate most is that Neff takes the time to explain my options, never pushing unnecessary work but instead helping me make the best decision for my car and budget. Over the years, he has also connected me with great referrals for niche repairs, from complex auto body work to smog checks. His network is just as trustworthy as he is! Out Town Mechanical Repair Traveling far from home I experienced one coolant leak, then 800 miles later another, then... a third. Fortunately I arrived at my destination after 1456 miles of driving without a vehicle breakdown. After searching for a Top Notch Shop to address my perceived issue I went with M&N Automotive in Culver City, CA located in the Southwest corner of 90 & The 405. The convenient location at 11934 Jefferson was like extra icing on a cake that's already frosted because I was seeking Expert Technicians. For setting the appointment to initial intake then inspection and diagnosis, Neff was patient and thorough. If you're from out of town this is the place. If you're not and still looking for the right place, try out M&N Automotive ... you won't need to bring a pumpkin and two mice along with vehicle since the magic wand service is very often not required.

For starters, it took me almost a hour to get there since morning traffic was horrendous to this auto shop from Redondo Beach, but Neff immediately welcomed me and thanked me for bringing in my car. Initially, I went to get an estimate (after reading great reviews) since my Subaru dealership was charging me almost $2K for list of items they suggested I needed. Neff was very professional and provided me a quote on only the necessary items that needed to be completed, which came out to be less than what dealership was quoting me. Also, he gave me an estimate time frame on when my car would be ready. To my surprise, it was completed within the same day by “mid-day” and ended charging me $900 less than what dealership was charging me. For anyone reading this review, I would strongly recommend M&N Automotive to service/repair your car. From this point, they will be my go-to for my Subaru Outback.

Best Auto Repair Shop and Service Bar NONE!! I cannot say enough about this place. Nef is a God sent. He was so amazing with my daughter's Ford FOCUS. He would not quit on the car and was so reasonable. He was patient and even when it seemed like it was bad, he found a way to keep that car going. The mechanics here went above and beyond. Nef was so good about communication and updates.
