Just Tires

I drove over a big pothole on La Cienega blvd. It was a loud thump and immediately the tire pressure light popped up. One of my tire had gone flat and the other had a visible air bubble on the side. I called up a few tire shops nearby and when I called this place, Karim assured me that they had 4 tires available for my car. I immediately got my car towed here. Damian helped with the initial inspection and paperwork. I am not local to Culver city. Was just passing through and had my kids and wife waiting for me where our car was disabled. Both my kids need car seats, so I couldnt bring them with me to the tire shop. It was very important for me to get the car fixed asap. There were a few cars ahead of me which would have taken 3-4 hours. I requested Damian to get my tires replaced on priority. He made sure my car was looked at after one other car. I still had a 6 hour drive back home, so I was very relieved that my car was fixed rather quick.

I had a notification on my dash that a tire was low. I stopped at Just Tires to have someone determine which tire. Look for a nail or whatever it needs. I was told the wait would be about an hour and a half !! I normally go to another tire shop about 15 minutes away and they always are ready to check, repair or replace tires right away!! I work for a rental fleet and have had many tires replaced!! I actually did get a tire at Just Tires about 10 years ago and it took about 3 hours!! Today I thought I'd give them another try, only to be disappointed again.

I get my uber inspection here. My car is 2025 model almost 1 year old. They inspected like forever, it takes me 2 hours of waiting. The person who did the inspection was super super slow. I don’t know what he have to see in my car. He just layback sitting look at my car. I been doing this for 3 years, and this is the first I had been so pissed, customer service is terrible, the man assisted me in the front desk not sure what he is doing, the man assisted for inspection very slow. It’s a waste of time to come to this so called Just Tire shop. I submit the inspection even uber can’t understand what was written in the paper, it looks terrible. Like a scratch paper they written incorrectly and a lot of erasure. Very informal inspection result

Karim and his team were amazing. The professionalism, kindness and attentiveness to what we unexpectedly needed done to our car exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this location and a big thank you to Karim for helping my family and I get back on the road.

My experience here took four hours. The employees seemingly move in slow motion. The cashier needs to be retrained in customer service. He bordered on rude. I did the paperwork which has you give your approval signature l without giving you an initial copy. Our car sat for two hours without attention or explanation. Finally after the third hour the work began. The cashier asked “do you want a wheel alignment?” I had to ask if it was complimentary so the cashier chastises me for not seeing the sign. I got my car back with four new? tires with some kind of paste on the tires and the hubcaps. I will never come back to this business again. I will also tell everyone I know to do the same.
