Excellent customer service, quick work, and a much more reasonable option to the dealership service. Took my car in for its scheduled service and a new battery. They were about 50% less expensive than the Mercedes dealer, got me in right away, and made the whole experience easy. They actually inspected what was recommended for the service and let me know what did/didn’t need to be done instead of just doing it. Honest team here.

From the first phone call with Cole to meeting in person, I felt welcomed and confident. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, and they went above and beyond during the diagnostic test. The level of detail they provided was truly impressive and gave me a lot of confidence in their care. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto care.
View on GoogleCar: C7.5 Audi S7 Diagnostics were thorough, had very good documentation and reasoning. Service rep. kept in good communication and was friendly. Prices on parts and tires were too high when weighed against local competitors however labor/hr+hours billed was competitive. Very involved N428 Oil Pressure Regulator/Solenoid replacement was performed. No issues so far after about 150miles. A/C had to be drained and recharged as part of this service and its still working correctly. So, so far so good. Biggest concerns: Even though I approved service on the largest service item diagnosed they only credited 50% of diag. fee after having to ask. That’s different from what I’ve seen absolutely everywhere else, including Audi dealer. Service was $2800+ so you’d think diag. fee would be taken off if the service is approved. Intake/Airbox wasn’t fully seated in the engine bay when I went to inspect afterwards but was at least assembled and mated to the engine properly. All in all would recommend, friendly and communicative service, proper diagnostic performed, labor costs were competitive. 9/10 service performed.

I highly recommend them and will gladly return next time my car needs any work done.
View on GoogleAbsolutely incredible service! Every aspect, from moment one actually answering the phone, and then agreeing to fit the car into their schedule short notice on my request. But the best was the thorough inspection report complete with photos & detail easily viewable on my phone! The work was then completed ahead of schedule allowing my daughter to use it for a special event!
