I took my car on Feb 17th 2025 because my car has water leak from. The roof brand new car they " follow procedures from chevrolet " they put glued they called seal and tinted color blue same as my car color now the tinted peeled off is colo black now water still coming. And to drain the water on my tire spare location they did holes and covered with my spare tire when I found out I called back and took me a few months for them take my car to fixed, but they did was asked chevrolet with a claim to my car get repair but what they told chevrolet was that i was agreed to they make holes in my car so chevrolet denied the claim and they want me paid almost 3500 dollar to my car get repair, they barrow me a car while my car was in the dealership after a month they call me and told that they can't do anything and they want the car back so and Nevin the store manager told me that he are going to replace my car, i come back and my surprised they want to sell me another car. I filled a claim At the los angeles BAR department they visited the dealership,and Hunter the service manager told him that i can go and take my car to get repair but i trying to setup an appointment and he do not answer my email or calls. While they hold my car in July for almost a month they took one cover from the passenger front door until now they not take responsibility my car when they did the holes had less than 10000 miles and I bought it on Oct 2023 and the year of my car 2024 now we are on dec

found a vehicle online listed for $8,200 before tax and fees on Carfax, CarGurus, and even their own website. I called to confirm the price and spoke with a lady who told me that yes, $8,200 was the correct amount before taxes and fees. I explained that I live in Riverside County (about a 2-hour drive) and wanted to make sure before I came with cash in hand. She confirmed the price. About an hour later, I called back to make sure and to ask if they could hold the car since I was coming from far away. This time, a gentleman answered and told me that price was only for trade-in or financing, not for cash buyers. I told him what the lady had said earlier, and even showed him the message she sent saying it was just before tax and fees. I hung up, spoke with my mechanic, and he told me to call back and ask for a manager. When I did, the manager confirmed they would honor the $8,200 + tax and fees since that’s what I was told. He said he couldn’t give me the exact total but told me to just add 12% for taxes and fees, and that would give me an idea of the final price. So I brought about $9,200 in cash. When I arrived, a salesman named Blake greeted me and said he would bring the vehicle around. I waited nearly four hours before he came back. When he did, the check engine light was on. I pointed it out, and he told me not to worry — they would fix the check engine light using genuine GM parts, and I could take the car once it was repaired. He promised to give me a paper saying they would take care of it later. I trusted him, went inside, and paid. The total came out to $9,400. After I paid, Blake suddenly told me that I couldn’t take the car because his boss said no. I told him that I was dropped off and my ride had already left. He said it would be ready Monday (this was on a Thursday). On Sunday night, I texted Blake, and he told me again the car would be ready Monday morning. So I called my mechanic, and we both drove back out there. We got there around 11 AM, and the boss told us the car wasn’t ready — it was still being worked on. We waited until 7 PM and were then told they could deliver it to me later. The car was finally delivered the next night at 10 PM — and guess what? The check engine light was still on. I called Blake again, and he told me to “just clear it and drive it around.” I cleared the code and the light turned off, but the very next morning, the car wouldn’t start at all. I called Blake again — he said he’d call me back but never did. I had to pay out of pocket to tow the vehicle and also had to buy a new key fob because they gave me a broken one. When I first test drove the vehicle, a mirror rotator piece was broken, and Blake said they don’t fix that, but he’d give me $20 out of pocket. He never did. The manager promised me a note saying they’d fix the check engine light, but I never got that either. Later, they lied and claimed Blake gave me money to fix it — which never happened. I had to spend $200 of my own money to fix it. This dealership only cares about making a sale. Once they have your money, they don’t care about you or your car. They make promises they never keep, and they stall you with lies. I have proof of every single message, receipt, and issue — even proof of the broken key fob and repairs I had to pay for. If you don’t believe me, you can email me and I’ll show you everything. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Please do not buy a car from here. Go to literally any other dealership — this one is only good at one thing: scamming people for a sale. I wasted over 24 hours driving back and forth, waiting around, and dealing with lies. This was by far the worst car buying experience of my life.

I bought a used car here. After all the "safety Checks" and assurances it was ready for the road. It was NOT. I took vehicle to another dealership to repair some problems. The Car should not have been sold. The Ambient light in panel needed to be replaced. The GPS needed to be recalibrated. I have to wait for a On Star Module so my GPS can work. Which also means other systems are not Usable. Would not recommend. Make reviews once you leave.
