I’ve taken my vehicles to Wally’s Sun City in Youngtown for a few years now and I always have an amazing experience every time I’m there. Wally and Cody are super honest and really great to work with. They actually explain what’s going on with your car without making you feel like you’re being taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary work. They have even brought me back into the garage a few different times to show me what exactly was going on with my vehicle. They’ve saved me a LOT of money on multiple different occasions by being completely upfront and helping me find the best option instead of just trying to charge me for everything possible. It’s hard finding a shop that you can actually trust these days, but this is DEFINITELY one of them. Highly recommend!!

This review is a little overdue, but I had been dealing with an ongoing issue with my car for a while, despite getting help from others that I trusted and even other shops, the problem still remained. Because of this I was very skeptical about where to take it next, especially after just moving to Arizona. After reading the reviews for Wally’s Total Car Care, I decided to give them a try, and I am so incredibly glad I did! Cody is the one who helped me throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. From beginning to end, he was knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. The repair itself wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it. My car is now running great, and I finally have peace of mind. I can’t even truly express how grateful it is to have found a trustworthy shop, in an industry where trust can be hard to come by. Wally’s shop will be my go-to from here on out, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service. Thank you, Wally, for building such an incredible team. View on GoogleAfter another shop was unable to find the issue with my AC after having g my car all day, I took it to Wally’s. Within an hour he had found the problem and corrected within a couple of more hours. Very reasonable and personable. I will definitely be back!
