I've been coming to United Car Care for over 20 years, and every visit has been a great experience. Words can't describe how grateful and appreciative I am for everything they do. From my initial call with Wes to Scott jumping our battery so we could get our car to their station to the same day service, Scott and team went above and beyond to earn our business. 2011 Kia Optima SX. AC stopped working and check engine light. This place half a mile from my house so tried it. They found pressure messed up on AC. Check engine light said turbo actually failing. Quote of $7,500 to fix then said they found a little cheaper turbo which brought cost to $6,100. I said hold off on turbo and could they fix AC? They said they could. I called on 2nd day and they said still waiting on parts, this was a Friday and they said they would have it done. Friday afternoon and still nothing, I said I was picking car up. I got receipt that showed they were replacing the whole AC system. Charged me $200 for check engine light and roughly another $200 for labor, total of $430. I changed the AC compressor control valve, $50 then brought to Sun City Auto who got system working for $269. Turbo actuator can be adjusted or replaced for $100-$200 dollars if do yourself.
