We have taken our car to Robert’s’s for all of our oil changes and two major repairs. They are very ethical and everyone is very friendly! They never oversell or push repairs. After our latest repair, I noticed that they had set my blinking clock to the correct time so it quit blinking. That was very much appreciated and unexpected. It’s so difficult to find an auto repair shop you can rely on, and we completely rely on Robert’s. Wouldn’t go anywhere else if we have the choice.

Took my grand daughter's 2008 Ford taùrus in to get repairs .was told the whole brake sytem needed to be replaced. pads,rotors and calibers. Paid 2342.74. 5 months later started having trouble with the brakes again. Took it to two other machanics, and was told the brake sytem hadn't been changed at all.

Very disappointed with this auto shop. I had a CEL, cylinder misfire / spark plugs, and brought it in to their shop. One cylinder needed to be replaced, but they advised it's best to replace all four - so I did. Couple months later, I had the same check engine light, cylinder misfire / spark plug. I brought it back into their shop and the light had shut off, they said everything was fine, so I left. Fast forward a few years and the same check engine light came on. I ended up taking it to a different shop my friend recommended. There, they broke the news to me that Robert's Car Care did not actually complete the work they charged me for. There was one original cylinder, one of another brand, and two of another brand. They also found all the spark plugs were not the proper type for my vehicle. I had to pay over $800 to get every sorted. Be very careful getting your vehicle serviced here.
