This was my first experience with Sun Devil Auto, and I was really happy with the service. I brought in my Volkswagen, and they were very thorough, taking the time to explain what they found and answer my questions. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. I felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right, and I'll definitely be back.
View on GoogleMy jeep was in the shop for slightly over months. Dropped off in July and picked up September!!!!! Part of this is on my warranty company but my frustration is with Sun Devil. At about a month in I was assured this repair was taking longer than expected. The manager at the time said they would provide a rental for "the next week or two OR refund me for the extra time and money spent on rides while the car was still being worked on." Would've taken the rental for 2 months if I knew they wouldn't follow through on the reimbursement. Unbelievably shady and immoral. I had called the shop and even went in person to ask and was never refunded for anything. I meant to write this review sooner but life gets busy and this wasn't a high priority. Got a notification on my car to get an oil change and it reminded me that I will never return to this shop. Or any Sun Devil auto for that matter. I will highly recommend anyone looking for auto service go literally anywhere else. Love not having a car for three months being told I'll get some sort of refund or reimbursement while they switch shop managers and give me the runaround.

View on GoogleThe people were nice and completed my oil change. However, they tried to charge me $3000 on an air conditioning repair that honda had issued a 10 year extended warranty on. Pretty slick of them to try to charge me for this repair when it’s very public knowledge that the air conditioning warranty was extended for that specific repair. I won’t trust them with even an oil change from here on out. They forever lost a customer because they wanted a quick buck
View on GoogleJust had an AC repair done by Sun Devil Auto. Was very impressed! After calling a few places....and being told by every other shop that it would cost 200 bucks just to diagnose my AC....I called Sun Devil and they said "bring it on in and we will take a look at it for free." They accurately diagnosed and repaired the issue at a reasonable cost. Left spending about 400 bucks to have some wiring redone, didn't feel like I was overcharged. There was an issue with the AC still blowing hot after I left the shop, but I brought it back and they took care of the issue in about 20 minutes. Overall the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. After being ripped off many times in the past at NoSco repair shops, I didn't get that feeling at Sun Devil.
