AAA is the best! I had no idea they had an actual repair shop in town but decided to try it out for my alignment and oil change. I booked online which made things easy with my busy schedule. The moment I walked in, Martin greeted me and was very knowledgeable. He called to give me an update during the process and I felt very happy about the work that they did on my car. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend AAA to anyone!

DO NOT GO HERE - BEWARE - they lie and cost you $$! They are rude and they lie big time - especially ANTOINE - he is rude and condescending which is funny because he's clearly lazy and doesn't do his job correctly or know anything about cars. What happened - I have AAA auto service and had my batter changed by them 1 mo ago, the other day my car died and I had it towed there - I got an i=key system error. They immediately said it would $199 to look at it even though battery work is covered through my AAA membership. I asked them to look at the battery because when I googled it many people said a failed battery or battery connection can cause the issue. They claimed 3x they looked at the battery and the connection and said it was all fine. I then had my car towed to my dealer as I suspected these guys didn't care and were just trying to rush me and get more $$. GOOD THING I did - the dealer immediately said that when they did a simple battery test they noticed that the 250 amp fusible link was separated/blown - so no way did AAA look at the battery like they claimed because it was obvious the problem. The dealer also said whoever installed the battery (AAA) did it wrong and that caused all the issues. So AAA with their negligence and laziness cost me $$$ that should have been covered with my membership AND when I told them this Antonine cut me off and said I didn't know what I was talking about - even though I have pictures and documentation form my dealer. WHAT A JOKE these people are. DO NOT GO THERE, they will cause you more issues. Shaun Riley is the manager I hear, he should be dealing with his lying and negligent employees.

I’ve taken this 2017 Dodgers Caravan to AAA back in January and they did a very good job. They explained what they could do after hearing what I wanted done. They found my tranny noise which was a power steering issue. They topped off the power steering and did the oil change and provided what other issues the car was having or going to have in the future. I appreciate the details and choices they gave me. Brought it in for a new starter. The a/c was working perfectly. When I picked it up the a/c no longer worked whatsoever. Not only that the car OVERHEATED!!!! That had NEVER happened before I took it to AAA Scottsdale. I brought it to a different mechanic and they told me that AAA Scottsdale UNPLUGGED the engine fan so the fan couldn’t kick on - overheating explained! WHY WOULD THEY UNPLUG THE ENGINE FAN??? The new ethical mechanic says there was NO REASON to unplug the engine fan to put in a new starter. So this explains why the a/c quit working as well. This is not the first time I have left the AAA Scottsdale shop with something new wrong after bringing it in for service. Will NEVER go back.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a honest repair shop to get my oil changed. My neighbor, who has been here for a few years, wasn’t able to recommend any one because he hadn’t found a reputable repair shop. I thought I would try AAA. Very professional! I Wasn’t pressured to do any of the additional recommend maintenance that was discovered during the inspection. I will definitely have the recommended repairs done at this facility. The service writer, Anton was great. I recommend AAA to my neighbor.
